Lee really went the extra mile to restore my laptop and data after a 3rd party had caused considerable damage during a routine “service”. He knows his stuff, and is extremely good at managing technophobe customers like me. Prices are reasonable too. A great find I’m very happy to recommend.

Outstanding service from Lee! I needed a cracked iMac screen replaced: he sent me a link for a new screen - delivered within 24 hours, and the following day he arrived at my home and replaced it quickly and professionally. He was also able to improve the speed. Nice guy and very knowledgeable. Will certainly use again! 10/10.

Right from the start I was impressed. I was updating an old iMac, which Lee sent links for the parts that were best suited for my iMac. He arrived on time and carried out swapping my old hard drive for a new SSD and Ram upgrade. I’m very happy and would highly recommend!

I called Lee about a new MacBook Pro battery, a job I'd been putting off as I expected it to be expensive. Lee got back recommending a battery from Amazon (much cheaper than the Apple store), and came to fit it the day after it arrived. Lee also fixed my girlfriend's MacBook Air, diagnosing a problem logic board and sourcing a second-hand, cheaper, replacement part than she'd been quoted elsewhere. Both Macs now run brilliantly and we're very happy.

Great job Lee! I called about an iMac that has always been slow, and has got much slower since purchase 4 years ago. Lee diagnosed the fault over the phone, despite no one I've spoken to over the last couple of years suggesting the fix. I've tried all sorts of software fixes, computer "cleaning" software etc, but to no avail. After a couple of hours Lee had changed a piece of HARDWARE, and got me up and running at a speed better than when the machine was new just over 4 years ago.

We contacted Lee recently, having found great difficulty in finding a local Apple Mac Specialist. He instantly recognised our problems and arranged for the order and installation of a replacement miini-mac. His service was very prompt and he is extremely knowledgeable about Apple Macs. We shall certainly call on him for assistance in the future and recommend him very highly.
